The Snore House - The Best Little Snore House in Texas is a quaint little beaut that brings you the warmth of Austin's Hyde Park, just North of central A-town. This single bedroom home, with a sleeper couch that folds out into a queen bed can sleep 2-4. Mom and pop shops, local restaurants, cafes and groceries are just a stone's throw away. Also, hop onto Red River street and arrive in downtown in less than 10 minutes. $350/night plus $60 cleaning and tax.


The Austinite - This 2/1 is located just three miles south of downtown Austin in Barton Hills. Great outdoor space, fantastic patio and comfortable queen beds. $450/night plus $80 cleaning and tax.


The Boulevard - Newly remodeled home has 2 large bedrooms, with a King  Temperpedic in the master and Queen bed in the 2nd; 2 baths; 2 living rooms; large dining room; breakfast bar in large kitchen; and screened porch with dining table and sectional sofa.  There is a hot tub and a large deck with Foosball table just off the screened porch.   This home is 4 blocks to Zilker Park, with the Hike and Bike Trail around Lady Bird Lake, and 1.5 miles to downtown.  There are HDTV’s in both living rooms with over 200 channels of cable.  There is a DVD player and Stereo tuner with Bose speakers in the Family room.  With an air mattress in one of the living areas, this home will sleep 6. - $1250/night plus tax.

THE RULES: 

  1. •4 night minimum rental for F1

  2. •City ordinance restricts against us renting to more than 6 unrelated people in one property – extended family members by blood, marriage and adoption don’t count under the ordinance.  For example, a group of 8 needs to include at least 2 people who are related by blood, marriage or adoption for us to remain in compliance with the ordinance.

  3. •We don't rent to guests under age 25 (this doesn't mean no children -- it means no houses full of partying 19 year olds).  

  4. •No parties.  Ever.  We mean it.  "Party" is defined as any activity which is likely to get us a complaint call from a neighbor. 

  5. •We employ the "Be Cool Rule"  (as long as your behavior isn’t illegal, doesn't harm the property or bother the neighbors, we're cool with it). 


HOW TO BOOK A PROPERTY: 

Our booking process is very simple -- just call either of us with a credit card and we'll take care of everything else.  We use the PayPal Virtual Terminal to charge 50% of your total to hold your dates.  You'll get a Reservation Confirmation by email so that you have our deal in writing.  On the Monday before check in, we'll use the same card number to charge the remaining 50% and then we send you a second email with the address, driving directions and the lock code.
