Dear 2013 ACL visitors,


We just finished up a fantastic 2012 edition of the Austin City Limits Music Festival! We are already starting to receive inquiries for next years festivities - which will span two weekend: Oct 4-6 and Oct 11-13.


The way our rentals will work will be much the same as this year, except x2. We will have 4-day minimums during each of the festival weekends, and if you choose to stay for both weekends, then the in between days will be at a reduced prorated weekly rate. Please inquire about specifics regarding that.


At the moment all of our properties are available - so BROWSE HERE. I will post a more detailed list once a few things book up and we need to start narrowing searches for you.


RATES ARE QUITE A BIT HIGHER - PLEASE ASK ABOUT SPECIFIC PROPERTY RATES

 

THE RULES: 


  1. •4 night minimum rental for ACL - please specify which weekend you are wanting to book.

  2. •City ordinance restricts against us renting to more than 6 unrelated people in one property – extended family members by blood, marriage or adoption don’t count under the ordinance. This means that in a group of 8 people, at least 2 of them must be related in order to stay within the rules.  One way to avoid this problem is for larger groups to rent both sides of a duplex, thereby spreading out the group so that, again, no more than 6 unrelated people are in any one unit.

  3. •We don't rent to guests under age 25 (this doesn't mean no children -- it means no houses full of partying 19 year olds).       

  4. •No parties.  Ever.  We mean it.  "Party" is defined as any activity which is likely to get us a complaint call from a neighbor. 


 

HOW TO BOOK A PROPERTY: Our booking process is very simple -- just call either of us with a credit card and we'll take care of everything else. We us any major credit card to charge 50% of your total to hold your dates.  You'll get a Reservation Confirmation by email so that you have our deal in writing.  On the Monday before check in, we'll use the same card number to charge the remaining 50% and then we send you a second email with the address, driving directions and the lock code.  

 

The whole process couldn't be simpler!
